Despite the name, it actually stands on stilts, so it is still a concrete built mosque, with a considerably tall tower. A walkway leads to the front entrance of the building. To the sides are facilities for ablutions and there are also small tables with chairs, to enjoy the views of the sea right beside it. I was visiting at a quiet time and was able to wander around in solitude.
