Outrigger

A small outrigger boat but I am sure the owner will use it to go a fair distance out in the open seas. I reckon the owner had taken it out in the morning [just a conjecture] to visit some nearby fishing haunts and currently was having a siesta after a hearty lunch of fresh grilled fish, with his entire family. I was standing on the beach with this lush vegeation starting right about here. This was taken during the fading hours of a bright and sunny day. And a very rewarding day it was.

Yup! Caught so many fish there was danger the canoe would be swamped on the return journey...but, earned enough cash to buy all the kids' school uniforms and textbooks for the next semester...so, a good day!
Even without your story - this is truly a beautiful and thoughtfully created composition. But the story ads just a little to it to complete the picture!
You have capture the low light under the trees very well Ayush... this is a great little boat... it takes skill to handle such a small craft on the open sea....petersmile

It all looks and sounds so idyllic when you put it that way, Ayush! I love outrigger boats and saw a few of them when in Hawaii awhile back.

It looks well used for sure, so maybe your narrative it close to the truth!
I like this shot Ayush, one can't imagine going out to sea in one of these although of course I know they do because I've seen it on TV.programmes.
