Family Snapshot

One of the most endearing features of Filipinos is [in my opinion] that they are always open to people, even strangers. They do not assume by default that a new face necessarily masks hostile and sinister motives. They are quick to smile and communicate. Of all the people I tried to strike a conversation with, I found myself not only welcomed but drawn into their inner circle.  


Seen here are various family members: fathers, mothers, husbands, wives, babies, brothers and sisters, even the jeepney behind that brought them to the picnic spot.

i love this Ayush!!!... they all look so relaxed and friendly... you would never find such a setting in any city of the world... this one is special....petersmile

Its a shame that the natural trust get stepped on so many times. In my books, this is one of the nations that suffer because of the greed of others.
A great picture that does portray the relaxed way that they accept the photo being taken.

That is a good trait, Ayush, much like it was in the Canada I grew up in. The world has changed so much since then and become much more paranoid.

Sounds like the culture is very different our own. The older generation here seemed happier to accept strangers but I'm not so sure with your people. Perhaps its just perception.
