Inside Martinuskerk, Venlo

I cannot remember if I took this shot on the visit with Astrid and Ginnie in 2015 or some other trip by myself. It is a Gothic church, built in the 15th century, with several rounds of tower modifications and renovations. It had carillon bells added in 1959. Astrid and Ginnie have both featured their takes from this church as well.

You have composed this very attractively, Ayush.
Ayush Basu: I am pleased you like it, Ray.
That is completely stunning! You did a good job to capture as much as you did, and to handle the lighting!
I enjoyed your video!
Ayush Basu: I appreciate your take on this. Thank you, Elizabeth.
That is amazing.
Ayush Basu: It definitely makes one stop and take notice, Michael.

Not easy to capture so much in a building shaped like this
Ayush Basu: I am told that photography purists would not approve of such a composition, but this is what appealed to me more, Lisl.
It is a magnificent sight Ayush
Ayush Basu: I am in complete agreement with you, Bill.

I'm always in awe of such architecture. It is often impossible to get the view as the eye sees so I just make a feature of the converging verticals. The stained gals here is very impressive.

Ayush Basu: It was a memorable time with them, LC.
totally amaaaaazing shot, Ayush!! and i love those videos, they remind me of Madonna's 'Ray of Light' video!
Ayush Basu: Thank you for the comment, Elaine.
Pleased that you liked the video - hmm, I will have a look at Madonna's video.
This view is lovely with the gold lit beautifully.
Ayush Basu: Thank you very much, Mary.
That very wide lens allows you to get so much in, what a beautiful screen behind the altar.
Ayush Basu: Perhaps photography purists would not approve of this lens used in this angle, Brian. But the screen is indeed most attractive.
Wow this is quite awesome from this angle
Ayush Basu: I appreciate your take on this. Thank you, Martin.
