Easily located at the corner of Armenian Street and Cannon Street, the Hock Teik Cheng Sin Temple (clan temple of the Hokkien from Fujian,China), was built at this present site in 1850. It is also known as the Tua Pek Kong Temple, after its patron deity, the Taoist god of prosperity. It makes a pretty sight in dusk with all the lights on.
