Yet another row of Buddha statues. They are all shown to be from different countries: Mongolia, Korea, China, Vietnam, India, Myanmar and Sri Lanka.

They are quite beautiful Buddha icons, Ayush.
Once again, Ayush, they all seem quite feminine to me, apart from being flat-chested. I'm also intrigued by the "interesting" earlobes. Makes me wonder what that's about?
Do you mean they were manufactured in different countries, or they symbolise different countries' form of buddhist practice?
Peu importe leur pays d'origine , elles sont toutes très belles
Bonne journée à  toi

Des statues magnifiques. Je suppose que les mouvements des mains ont une signification.

Interesting to see how the fascial features slightly change but then that may reflect on the native populations of that country. The ear lobes all seem to have those ear stretchers things in at some time.

They give a feeling of peace and serenity in the picture, and I guess even more so in the flesh, so to speak

I am wondering about the same things than Ginnie. The 5th one from the right looks very female.

why do buddhists HAVE temples? I mean since the 'religion' is atheist? I've always wondered about that... Do they worship sid hartha? coz he was just a guy, a guy who said not to worship him lol
They may be from different countries but they don't differ in appearance very much.
It interests me that each person is doing something different with their hands. I did a large window with a similar theme.

They all have the same expression Ayush.
Nice capture Ayush! Which one's from India? smile
They are all really wonderful! I like your angle on the photo, Ayush!
What a nice collection.
Why do we need so many Buddhas? wink
Less is more.
They are gorgeous.
Some of them look very feminine.
