That person looks very interested in something.
Ayush Basu: I rather like this one compared to a similar Ronald statue seen at some McDonalds.

have fun with your new blog... this is a neat picture, reminds me of the movie 'stuck on you' smile
Ayush Basu: Thank you - I will.
I've heard of the movie but have not seen it, Elaine.
A good companion you have there Ayush!
Ayush Basu: One of the strong, silent types grin!

The Dutch love this sort of public artwork, and I do too
Ayush Basu: It is a nice feeling to come across such art works, Chris. I agree with you.

I hope you had a good conversation, Ayush!
Ayush Basu: Unfortunately no, Lisl. One of the strong, silent types grin!

She has eyes for you Ayush
Ayush Basu: But she had not too many words for me, Richard - which is not a bad thing!
This is great fun Ayush
Ayush Basu: Yes, Bill, but she gave me the cold shoulder! grin
The Autumn leaves add nicely to this image.
Ayush Basu: I agree about the leaves, Jacquelyn.
One might not feel so alone sitting here Ayush, but conversation might be a little stilted.
Ayush Basu: You're right, Chad. One of the strong, silent types grin!
I really do not like that statue but love your photo of it.

I am bookmarking your blog and will read it after SC.
Ayush Basu: She gave me the cold shoulder, Mary, literally!
Take your time with it. I will add more content to it as/when I make future trips to Kolkata.

Definitely Dutch judging by the number of bikes! I like the carpet of leaves every much. The woman suits me.. knows how to keep quiet smile
Ayush Basu: I liked the leaves too, Alan.
One of the strong, silent types grin!
"Come sit next to me!"
Ayush Basu: She was certainly open to the idea, LC.
I like it!
Ayush Basu: She gave me the cold shoulder, Tom, literally!
A lovely 'Rest a While Bench' smile

I like your collection of images in the link smile
Ayush Basu: Very kind of you, CP.
I will add more content as and when I make future trips to Kolkata.

He looks like an enthusiastic conversationalist, Ayush.
Ayush Basu: She gave me the cold shoulder, Ray. Well it was a chilly day, to be honest

Lovely new website, Ayush.

My enormous website [ allraysworld.com ] is also based on Weebly engine, which I like very much.

I have been in Kolkaya, briefly, twice...what a wonderful, dynamic, mysterious city it is!
Ayush Basu: This is a new for me on many levels - new website, first time atempting street photography, first time putting up a lot of text, not only images.... I am still getting the hang of this website. It does appear to have most of the basic functionality I will ever use (at least the free version).
Isn't that great! Nice shot, Ayush!
I like your India blog - a great new platform I think!
Ayush Basu: She gave me the cold shoulder though, literally.
Oh it will be just for Kolkata, for the time being at least. This is a new for me on many levels - new website, first time atempting street photography, first time putting up a lot of text, not only images....

J'aime ces statues qui paraissent vivantes.
Ayush Basu: I like the pose of the subject. A nice piece by the sculptor.
J'aime cette position. Belle création par le sculpteur.

I bookmarked your blog and will look into it later when I have more time.
Love this statue on the bench. I hope it was a talkative type wink
Great shot.
Ayush Basu: Not really, Astrid, she's one of the strong, silent types grin!
Take your time with it. I will add more content to it as/when I make future trips to Kolkata.
This is what I love about the Netherlands, Ayush...seeing the statues and art everywhere! smile

And good for you to start a "different platform." Just keep doing it...maybe even of your life in Singapore?!
Ayush Basu: I do like the statues and public art as well, Ginnie. I turn a street corner and there could be something extremely fascinating.
Yes, a Singapore chapter too perhaps... oh there would be no shortage of content there!

I think she is afraid that another leaf may fall on her head.

I took a quick look at your linked site. Great stuff, I even remember some of those pictures.
Ayush Basu: Better a leaf rather than a contribution from a pigeon, Louis.
Thank you for the kind comment.
