I think this is the best I ever saw... Together with Ray you are the masters of the small world.

Those eyes look like sunflowers after they bloomed and the seeds show....
I am reading the Da Vinci Code and yesterday I was at the part where is explained that that pattern is called Phi...with the code 1618....

It is definitely a learning experience since shooting this brief macro series already forced me to look up a lot of information on the internet which was quite fascinating to understand and digest. Thank you for the golden ratio link; nature has a way of fine tuning different arrangements and Man in turn tries to apply the same in his creations.

Very impressive close-ups of this fly - the eyes are amazing and look almost like Big Brother at us. Yes, I feel a shiver running down my back!
