That is a very cool painting. Excellent.
Ayush Basu: Thank you. I'm pleased you like it, Michael.
Some of them are very good artists, aren't they!
Ayush Basu: I agree, and apparently they get some commissions once in a while by private landed property owners to do some work as well.

This is a good & encouraging thing Ayush
Ayush Basu: I think there is a realization that providing a controlled outlet is better than prohibiting (and driving underground) the work of graffiti artists.

I'm not sure I could cope with a seat facing the wall wink It is very colourful.
Ayush Basu: I think the large head and narrow slit like eyes are a tad bothersome to me wink
It is a bit vibrant for looking at whilst drinking your coffee grin
Ayush Basu: The couple here seem to be more in the mood for a cold beer, Bill, while enjoying the colours smile

I am very impressed with this series. As a 'drawer/designer' (long time ago) I know how difficult it is to perform and to make it larger than life seize is beautiful. I see this 'graffiti' as pure art.
LOVE it.
Ayush Basu: I am with you on this. What could have been a very drab alley has risen to a nice, cozy eye catching spot. I am positive that if this artwork was not there, owners of these bars/bistros etc would not be putting out tables and chairs outside. And now I know some more about you, Astrid! smile
That is a good new story about artists.
Ayush Basu: I think a little bit of communication prior to the painting goes a long way in ironing out every thing, Mary
Nice to see that they are recognized as artists Ayush. Superb image!
Ayush Basu: Thank you. I'm pleased you like it, Richard
It must be good for them to be able to show their work Ayush. This one is very impressive and probably popular with the youngsters
Ayush Basu: This locality has several pieces done, all at a stone's throw from here.
Good comic strip stuff!
Ayush Basu: Thank you. I'm pleased you like it, Tom

The large bag on the gal's knees seems to be part of the artwork, Ayush.
Ayush Basu: And she has a rather large tattoo on her back, Ray, so some more "artwork" for you!

this is a great shot, i love the contrast between the art and reality!
Ayush Basu: I am pleased you like this Elaine, thanks a bunch. And you're quite right about what you pointed out.

A great way to decorate walls.
Ayush Basu: And with the added benefit of attracting customers to all the bars and cafes along the walls, Louis.
This has been a delightful series, Ayush. I really like this kind of creativity.
Ayush Basu: Thank you very much, Ginnie. I enjoyed making these images too

Always good to have some human interest in the shot - nice and bright.
Ayush Basu: Yes, she was with her companion who was on the other side of the table.
Love how vivid this scene is.
Ayush Basu: I enjoyed making these images as well, Daryl

The girl seems oblivious...
Ayush Basu: Probably a regular at this joint, Larry.
