Beauties of the Green Corridor

Some dragon flies seen on a walk through the Green Corridor. And what is the Green Corridor? It used to be a long section of railway land, connecting the train station in Tanjong Pagar to the KTM (mainline railways of Malaysia), that belonged to Malaysia. That land has since been returned to Singapore and designated as a green spot.

It's like a fairy wonderland, Ayush.

Some real jewels there on the green belt.
Ayush Basu: Oh yes, I will show some more later, Louis
The green belt is richly decorated Ayush
Ayush Basu: I wish I could have done better justice to them with my shots, Bill
What great shots you got! I have a hard time getting dragonfly shots. PEI has not had a railway since the seventies. The rail bed was turned into a trail years ago and is very well used.
Ayush Basu: That is the idea eventually for this one too. Right now it is used by occasional joggers and nature photographers but there is an educational side to it too. I think in Atlanta, Georgia, USA too there is a green belt.
Wonderfully displayed Ayush! Well done.
Ayush Basu: thank you very much, Richard. I wish I could have done better justice to them with my shots.
A very fine trio of beautiful creatures.
Ayush Basu: Thank you for the kind comment, Brian.

A smart little Darter - do you know what kind, Ayush?
Ayush Basu: I am sorry to say I do not know Elizabeth, but they are highly valued here as they have kept mosquito numbers to almost none.

So delicate Ayush, who could not want to make them a member of their family.
Ayush Basu: You're quite right Chad, thank you for that comment. I wish I could have done better justice to them with my shots.
Very nice, Ayush. A lovely collection.
Ayush Basu: I wish I could have done better justice to them with my shots, Frank.
