Really like the layers here, Ayush.
Ayush Basu: I do too, especially the smoky haze in the distance, Ray.
Wow!!! How fun! The colors are great!
Ayush Basu: Thanks Elizabeth. The rain earlier that morning perhaps contributed to that steamy moisture rising above the trees.
That is a spectacular view.
Ayush Basu: Very peaceful and serene, Michael

A heavenly view isn't it
Ayush Basu: Definitely Chris, very silent, and not a lot of people around too.
What a spectacular view Ayush!
Ayush Basu: Yes, it sure is something isn't it?
That is a lot of thick, beautiful forest. Gorgeous image.
Ayush Basu: That's what drew me in too Mary.
cool views up there
Ayush Basu: Thank you kindly CHantal.
A very impressive all-round view but no way would you ever get me up there.
Ayush Basu: Yes Brian, I believe you mentioned that when I put up cable cars in the past. There is a hiking trail too going and up and down though.
I like this
Ayush Basu: Pleased to hear that then.
Wonderful - I'd be happy to ride it!
Ayush Basu: It was very quiet and peaceful in the cable car.

Perfectly timed
Ayush Basu: Thank you and welcome to my site Shooter.
Those cable cars give a nice a sense of scale.
Ayush Basu: Thank you for the visit and comment, Michael.
How about taking the cable car up and trekking down, Ayush? I think I could handle that nicely, while totally enjoying the view. smile
Ayush Basu: Exactly what my companion and I did smile I am sorry to say that our guide (it is mandatory to have a guide in order to not get lost) was irate by my frequent darting off here and there to take pictures tongue

Did you trek it, too, Ayush - being a young man?
Ayush Basu: Young is right, but fit? Ahh, that is an entirely different story altogether grin My companion and I took the cable car up and took the trail down, Lisl. Thank you for the visit and comment.

Now I would take the cable car up but then hike back down, assuming that they were no scary animals to worry me.
Ayush Basu: We encountered some younsters racing along the trail, with unbridled enthusiasm, they scared me a bit. Nah, joking grin

What a contrast, riding up with spectacular views or doing it the hard and sweaty way, on foot.
Ayush Basu: For the "hard and sweaty" option, the camera and lens and other associated stuff (almost 3~4kg) does not look all too appealing after a while grin
Nice shot, better to trek back I would imagine smile
Ayush Basu: That is exactly what we did John grin
What a view Ayush. I confess i had to google Langkawi!
Ayush Basu: I am still supplying images from the archives. This trip to Langkawi was in November last year!
Wow waht a spectacular view. Very eyecatching, what hieght will this be Ayush?
Ayush Basu: Almost 700m and the length of the cable car journey is about 2km

The picture provides various layers of landscape in diagonal lines. Excellent.
Ayush Basu: Thanks a lot Louis
This is really beautiful Ayush...love the greens here..
Ayush Basu: Thank you very much Ronky
Wow, it's so green and lush!
It's been a long time since I was there!
Ayush Basu: The lushness is really appealing isn't it?

What a fantastic view, did you ride up too?

I guess it would take a few days to walk!
Ayush Basu: Yes we rode and trekked down. I agree the trekking up would probably be days, that is, if one does not get lost!
