This is a sight worth puffing and panting to the top to take, Ayush.
Ayush Basu: It was the lack of grip on the well trodden snow that was bothering me, Ray. And I am doubly pleased I could get this shot without slipping and breaking any bones... and my camera.
A beautiful and spectacular view, outstanding capture!
Ayush Basu: Thank you very much for the visit and the comment, John
A breath taking and grandiose view Ayush!

I am always impressed with view like these.
Sometimes I wonder how they were able to get all those buildings build on top of the mountains.
In the left bottom corner I see the figure in red, enjoying the view too grin... this cives scale to the picture.
Ayush Basu: Yes, it must have been a huge effort from engineering and logistics point of view. Thank you Astridsmile

That pristine snow looks just wonderful, Ayush
Ayush Basu: Yes it certainly does. Thank you Lisl
I often wonder how they manage to build hotels high up in a mountain!
Ayush Basu: If I recall correctly, Bill, somewhere down there, there was once an exhibition cricket match played.
Great idea to have a restaurant at this heights, Ayush, not to mention a helicopter!

From what I remember, the higher up the mountain, the higher the prices in the restaurant. What a fabulous view, though.
Ayush Basu: How true! The view is great, isnt it Alan?

Knick knack is a lovely word Ayush and sums up nicely the sort of tat sold in these souvenier shops.
Ayush Basu: Not as lovely as 'tat' Chad, thank you for introducing it to me grin It is a bit more direct and makes no attempts at niceties
Superb view, Ayush. It looks so pristine and unspoilt.
Ayush Basu: Yes Pauline, I like the spotless white snow
Wow, this is another world! A great shot Ayush smile
Ayush Basu: Thank you kindly, Martin

Amazing to see how the buildings are right on the edge of the mountains. What views you have shown us! Thank you so much.
Ayush Basu: ... and thank you for sticking around for this rather lengthy series, Mary!

In the middle of the summer!
Ayush Basu: Yep, that's right Louis!
I've seen pictures and film of this before, it must be one of the most spectacular views in the world.
Ayush Basu: Yes it certainly presented a brilliant view from there.
