Riverfront HDR

An HDR of three exposures, hence the ghosting of the individuals seen on the right. This shot was taken in Calbayog City, around the central market place. It was a pleasant evening; I had just downed a 'halo halo' and then was strolling around this spot. To my right was a sort of open air amphi-theatre were tiny tots were doing a group song and dance presentation. The hustle-bustle of a long day was slowing down and the evening breeze helped. All in all, time well spent rejuvenating myself!

One needs a stroll after a halo halo, Ayush. The HDR effect works well here.

A nice evening atmosphere here Ayush. I never know what to think abouut HDR
Ayush Basu: i try to keep the hdr part subtle. cannot claim that i have the hang of it yet though.

What is a halo halo? Also, is this a fishing net stretched across the water.
Ayush Basu: thank you for the visit and the comment. i am not too sure but i reckon they install those nets to trap floating trash [plastic bags, dead leaves, etc] and every once in a while someone goes out there in a boat to accumulate it from the nets.

let me point you here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Halo-halo the one i had was not so heavy on tapioca, jackfruit or sweet potato but had a healthy amount of rice and kidney beans. very refreshing and filling! smile
