Triberg claims to be home to the tallest waterfall in Germany (debatable), the largest collection of Black Forest related souvenirs and wooden handicrafts, and the world's biggest cuckoo clock. But even apart from these touristy attractions, Triberg has much to offer in terms of valleys and scenic drives. Even pizzerias and convenience stores seem to have character and hospitality. The town centres are very picturesque, especially on sunny days. This particular shot was taken from one of my trips with a close friend at the start of spring in 2009.
