Hotel in Assissi

Assisi (the birthplace of St. Francis, who founded the Franciscan order) is a town in the Perugian province of Italy. A year back, I spent a day in Assissi with some friends of mine and during our evening walk to the train station, happended to chance upon this hotel. Hotel Windsor Savoia, Assisi opened in 1908 and is a modern three star hotel. Located in the historic center of Assisi, it has a splendid location in the heart of the city and offers a magnificent view of the entire valley. The view from these windows and balconies permit one to enjoy a memorable sunset over the valley mentioned above.

And all the windows are tilted to the sky to see the sunsets, Ayush! smile
I lvoe the angle, the crop anbd the color tone, a very good shot!!!
For a relatively newish build it has a very old fashioned style to it doesn't it.
I think I could enjoy a sunset form one of those balcony's, very nice looking place smile
I only wish that in one of our trips to Italy we would have had the opportunity to visit Assisi and enjoyed watching a memorable sunset over the valley from one of those balconies, Ayush.

Wide angle with slanting style is very innovative.Liked the photo shot along with detail description.
Takes me back to the 16th century. The tones and textures are awesome.
Ayush Basu: good thing i could visit this place. totally worth it
