Another image from the same spot. In an attempt to capture more of the water body and get some reflection, I ended up washing out the sky in the background. I still like the effect though; what do you think?


And this brings up my 100th post, doesn't feel like a long time that I have been here. But quite a learning experience. Appreciate the warm welcome and all the input from my regular visitors here :)

Congratulations on the 1st.hundred Ayush, they soon mount up, my next milestone is 1,000 in just over 3 years. Sadly your sky has burnt out in this but it looks as though it would have been a very contrasty spot.

I always love to see reflections of trees in water, and this one is made all the more enjoyable due to the fall foliage and colours. Nice!

Ayush Basu: Yeah I like this time of the year a lot. Specially in my part of the world, autumn is a brief period and we don't get too see such brilliant colours.
I like the composition and I like the washed out sky in the background - adds to the Swedish summer/spring feeling...
