Snapshots from Deutschland: Dortmund, U-Bahn

Its an early morning of the weekend and outer districts of Dortmund are yet to move into high gear. As seen, there are few cars and some commuters in the train on the go. The U-Bahn (untergrundbahn or underground transit) here is the Classic, a model of light rail vehicle belonging to the Flexity family manufactured by Bombardier Transportation.

I love seeing these trams running down the middle of the street in these foreign cities.
