I noticed quite a bit of graphitti art in Brussels; on buildings, on walls, on train cars, sometimes even on phone junction boxes. This one was seen near the Jardin du Mont des Arts, near the stairs leading from the garden up to the Museumstraat. Normally I appreciate graphitti if it has a meaning or some witty story to tell and is done well. But I fail to see anything worth admiring in this one, imposed on the other poorly maintained sculptures
