The Ministry of Information, Communications and the Arts. Their objective is to develop and promote creative industries rooted in Singapore culture and heritage. This 1934 built national monument upon completion was then the largest skyscraper in Singapore and today, with its multi-coloured windows is a landmark of sorts around this area.
This shot is taken from the pavement right outside and the wide angle lens sure came in handy to cover a fair part of the building along with a traffic signal. Atop is a flagpole with the Singapore flag but there wasn't much wind.
