Brighton Pier

I understand it was earlier known as Palace Pier before being re-named. However, among the locals the previous name still seems to be prevalent. We visited the pier one morning when it was still too early to begin operations. But it was a lovely day, warm day and we chose to walk along the pier and take a look at the various carousels and other seaside amusements. Less than a hundred kilometers from London, Frommer's England called it London-by-the-Sea.

Normally I don't like camera angling. But this case is different as it definitely add to the zippy feeling of the amusements. I also like the strong tones.
Ayush Basu: I used a circular polarizer to get a deeper shade on the skies.
